The experience includes a guided tour of the winery, where you will learn about its history and explore its unique underground radial cellar, one of Rovellats’ most emblematic spaces.
The visit concludes with a tasting of three carefully selected cavas, offering the ideal introduction to the styles, character and nuances that define the winery’s identity.
To complete the experience, you will enjoy a delightful brunch in the Modernist garden, featuring a selection of traditional cheeses and cured meats, bread with tomato and olive oil, Spanish potato omelette, olives, crisps, seasonal fruit and a sweet dessert.

An exclusive experience designed to discover Cava Rovellats from the very origin of its vineyards to the final tasting in the glass.
A complete journey that reveals the essence of the winery, its history, its surroundings and the meticulous craftsmanship behind its cavas.
The experience begins with a stroll through the vineyards, where you will enjoy a glass of Blanc de Primavera while discovering the landscape, the unique character of the region and the year-round work carried out in the vineyard.
The tour continues through the historic manor house and family chapel before descending into the iconic underground radial cellar. Along the way, you will witness a live traditional disgorging demonstration, one of the most distinctive stages of the traditional method.
The experience concludes with a tasting of some of Rovellats’ most emblematic cavas, accompanied by a carefully curated gastronomic selection featuring Iberian ham, artisan cheeses, bread with tomato and olive oil, and the renowned Catànies chocolates from Vilafranca del Penedès.
