Conde de Valicourt

In the heart of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, the birthplace of cava, Conde de Valicourt keeps alive an increasingly exclusive way of winemaking: artisanal, independent, and faithful to tradition.

Since 1922, this small family-owned winery has devoted every bottle to a deep respect for time, quality, and authenticity.

With limited production and a strong commitment to traditional methods, each cava reflects the character of a house where craftsmanship, patience, and passion remain at the heart of everything they do.

Visiting Conde de Valicourt is an opportunity to discover the most authentic essence of cava and the legacy of a family that has made excellence its true raison d’être.

Guided Visit & Tasting

Allow yourself to discover cava from a different perspective. At Conde de Valicourt, the visit goes far beyond a simple tasting.

It is an immersion into the world of one of the smallest and most personal cava houses in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, where tradition, craftsmanship, and passion remain intact from generation to generation.

Accompanied by the owners themselves, you will discover firsthand every stage of the production process, following the traditional methods that define the winery.

From the second fermentation in the bottle to manual riddling and traditional disgorgement, every detail reflects an approach to cava based on respect for time and the product itself.

One of the most special moments of the experience is the tasting of a Brut Nature Gran Reserva cava, served at cellar temperature and freshly disgorged especially for the occasion.
